2. Processing & Shipping Times:

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping        method. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Carriers:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.
  • Free shipping on all orders $99 or more.
  • The store uses UPS to ensure delivery.

4. Age Verification for 21+ Products:

  • Some products require you to be 21 or older to purchase.
  • You must verify your age at checkout and may need to provide a valid                        government‑issued ID upon delivery.
  • If age verification fails, your order may be canceled or delayed.

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues:

  • Confirm your shipping address before placing an order.
  • Cardy Market is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned because the address was undeliverable, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • Once marked as delivered, Cardy Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages,  contact the carrier directly.
  • If your package arrives damaged, email h1agencyteam@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos, and they’ll work on a resolution.

7. Returns & Refunds:

  • Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not     accepted.
  • If you received the wrong item, contact h1agencyteam@gmail.com within the      specified time after delivery to resolve the issue.
